On April 20, 2026, the president of the STAT organization was hosted by the general consul of Korea in Erbil. During the event, the general consul introduced the Korea-Kurdistan Research Network, which is an important step to develop research cooperation and create a platform for scientific dialogue between researchers and academics in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Our goal is to support collaborative research and develop new opportunities to advance science and society.
