STAT Organization Conducts Scientific Evaluation in Halabja
On February 17, 2026, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hazhar Blbas, President of STAT Organization, and Mr. Rebwar Othman, Director of Rama Agency, visited Halabja and met with the organizers of the Halabja Pomegranate and Autumn Festival in 2025.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Star Mahmoud, Director General of Agriculture in Halabja, and Mr. Asi Faeq, Head of the Halabja Organizations Network, along with other festival coordinators.
During the meeting, the results of the 2025 festival evaluation survey were presented and discussed. The findings provided evidence-based recommendations to enhance the organization and future development of the festival.
In recognition of their professional contribution, the festival committee awarded certificates of appreciation to STAT Organization and Rama Agency and expressed their interest in continuing such scientific evaluations in the coming years.
