Course Structure

Days 1–2 | Project Proposal Writing

Participants will explore the complete proposal development process, from project concepts and needs assessment to proposal writing, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, and sustainability. Practical exercises will focus on developing key sections of a competitive project proposal.

Day 3 | Effective Report Writing

The final day focuses on producing clear, structured, professional, and reader-focused reports. Participants will practice organizing information, developing effective paragraphs, presenting evidence, and improving professional reports.
